However, several years later i needed another repair and it was reasonable. I also needed a new system as mine was 32 years old. They did that installation. I paid what i expected to pay after researching the cost. They showed up on time on the day they were supposed to and installed the system without any problems. I had a n/c warranty and they are diligent about the service checks. They accommodate difficult schedules as well. The trick is not to overpay that first visit, however their service and expertise are reassuring and they are great to work with.
